Our business hours are from Monday to Saturday from 9 Am to 5 Pm (Pakistan Time). However, we adjust our time for our International clients when they contact us through email.

With our International client, we communicate in English, Urdu, and Pashto.

We follow three simple steps in fulfilling your order. First, we communicate with our client and send a quotation—second, finalize the terms and conditions for product delivery, including time duration and payment method. Finally, we place your order.

What is the size and weight of the product package?
The size and weight of the product package varied according to our client requirements. We use specified packaging material if demanded by our client. For this, we charge extra chargers from our clients.
Are you providing products on demand?
Yes, we provide a product that is demanded by our client. Some products are seasonal and only available in those seasons. These products are then solely supplied as per our client demand.
How do International clients pay for us?
Our international client can pay us through credit cards, Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, and direct bank transfer.
